Ambassador Program Agreement

1. About this agreement

This agreement governs your participation in the Selitics (selitics.com) Ambassador program. By applying to the program, you agree to this agreement.

2. Joining & approval

The program is open to anyone over 18. Applications are reviewed manually, and your referral code only becomes active after your application is approved. We may decline or suspend any application at our discretion. A person may be both a merchant and an Ambassador, but only one Ambassador account is allowed per person.

3. How a referral is counted

When someone visits Selitics through your referral link, your code is stored in their browser for 60 days. A merchant may also type your code at signup. A referral is counted only for new customers who did not already have an account. The referral binds to a store on its first successful subscription payment, and that binding is permanent and cannot change afterward.

4. Commission

You earn a recurring commission of 25% of the net amount of every subscription payment made by a store you referred, for 12 months from its first payment. Commission is calculated on the net amount actually paid (after any discount, before tax). No commission is earned on payments made after the referral window ends. The referred store gets 30% off its first payment.

5. Holding period & refunds

Each commission is "on hold" for 14 days before it becomes available for payout, as protection against refunds. If the subscription payment that produced a commission is refunded, the commission is reversed or deducted from your balance even if it was already paid to you, and your balance may go negative until it is settled from later commissions. Commissions are paid only on verified, non-refunded payments.

6. Payouts

You can request a payout once your available balance reaches at least 20.00 USD; anything below that rolls over to the next month. Payouts are made manually and monthly by bank transfer to your IBAN. Your payout details (account holder name and IBAN) must be accurate and match your account; we are not responsible for transfers that fail because of incorrect details. Selitics pays you a commission it owes you — it is not a wallet and cannot be transferred to another Ambassador.

7. Prohibited conduct

While promoting Selitics, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Bidding on the "selitics", "Selitics", or confusingly similar brand keywords in paid search ads.
• Misusing the Selitics trademark or logo, or impersonating the platform.
• Spam of any kind.
• Unauthorized incentivized clicks or signups.
• Cookie stuffing or any manipulation of the referral mechanism.
• Self-referral: referring a store that belongs to you, or that uses the same email, phone, or payment card tied to your account.

Any violation forfeits the related commissions, and repeat violations end your Ambassador account and withhold any balance arising from a violation.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of this agreement or suspected fraud. You may leave the program at any time; while your account stays open, existing referral windows keep earning commission. Termination stops any new commissions from accruing.

9. Changes to the program

We may change the commission rate, durations, or program terms, and will show the last-updated date at the top of this page. A commission rate applies to commissions recorded after it changes; previously recorded commissions do not change.
