1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of Selitics (selitics.com) ("Selitics", "we", "us"). By using or subscribing to the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Selitics is a subscription platform that lets merchants create and manage online stores. We provide the store, product, and order tools; you remain responsible for your store's content, your products, and dealing with your own customers.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plan prices are shown in USD on our pricing page, billed monthly or yearly as you choose. Payment is made by card through the Stripe gateway, and your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period using your saved card until you cancel. We do not store your card details; they are handled by the PCI-compliant payment gateway. Applicable taxes may be added.
5. Trial period
Your account starts with a 30-day trial billed at the introductory price shown to you at signup. Your plan's standard rate begins when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use & merchant responsibilities
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to sell prohibited goods or services. You are solely responsible for your store, products, pricing, fulfilling your customers' orders, and complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
8. Intellectual property
The platform software and the Selitics brand remain our property. Content you upload (your store name, products, images) remains yours, and you grant us a limited license to display it in order to operate your service.
9. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party providers (such as Stripe for payment processing). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for outages outside our control.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We take reasonable steps to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may end your subscription at any time as described in the cancellation policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will show the last-updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised version.
