  • Account data: your name, email, phone number, and your business name and commercial registration details.
  • Your store data: the products, orders, and settings you enter.
  • Payment data: processed through the Stripe gateway. We receive a transaction reference and a renewal token only — we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, usage logs, and cookies.

3. How we use your data

To operate the platform and provide the service, manage your subscription and billing, provide support, protect security and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.

4. Payment data

Card payments are processed entirely by the PCI-DSS-compliant Stripe gateway. Your card number does not pass through or get stored on our servers; we retain only a secure token and transaction reference to enable automatic renewal.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers that help us run the platform (such as the payment gateway, hosting, and email services) or when legally required by a competent authority.

We use essential cookies for login and running the site, and may use analytics cookies to understand performance and improve the experience.
